Position Open: Branch Manager (Kuala Lumpur)
The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of the Beautiful Planet Kuala Lumpur branch office (based in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya), including planning, operations, product sales, customer service, customer relations, staff hiring, security and safety issues in accordance with the company's objectives.
The Branch Manager is responsible for developing the market for Beautiful Planet Holiday in the Klang Valley. He/She should have the experience to coach, train, guide and motivate the new and existing staff reporting to him/her. He/she provides leadership and supervision over the daily operation of the branch office, is capable to delegating responsibilities to subordinates.
The Branch Manager is to provide a quarterly planning for the growth and development of the Kuala Lumpur branch office, to be brought to the approval of the Board of Directors. He/She is also expected to attend monthly sales meetings with the Board of Directors, to provide on-going updates of sales performance of the branch. He/She also provide a report on the performance of the employees reporting to him/her, and their sales.

The candidate will assume responsibilities as the Branch Manager at Beautiful Planet Kuala Lumpur branch once he/she has learned, adapted and adopted the working culture of Beautiful Planet.
Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration is essential.
- Candidates should have experience of a number of years in the same or similar capacity.
Compensation
- Basic salary of RM3,000 and above per month, depending on qualification.
- Branch group sales over-riding commission.
- Travel allowances.
Position Open: Assistant Branch Manager (Kuala Lumpur)
The Assistant Branch Manager reports to the Branch Manager. He/She assists the Branch Manager in the the administration and efficient daily operation of the Beautiful Planet Kuala Lumpur branch office (based in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya). He/she provides support in the planning, operations, product sales, customer service, customer relations, staff hiring, security and safety issues in accordance with the company's objectives.
The Assistant Branch Manager is expected to stand in for the Branch Manager when the latter is absent. He/She is able to receive and execute directives from the Branch Manager as well as the Board of Directors, and assists the Branch Manager in developing the market for Beautiful Planet Holiday in the Klang Valley. He/She should be able to support the Branch Manager, when required, in coaching and training new and existing staff.
The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in preparing quarterly planning for the growth and development of the Kuala Lumpur branch office. He/She is also expected to be familiar with the branch sales performances and is able to articulate this to the Board of Directors, in the absence of the Branch Manager.

Position Open: Secretary (Penang)
The Secretary is responsible for both clerical and administrative support. The position reports to the Managing Director, but will be required to support the clerical needs of all staff at the Beautiful Planet Main Office. Tasks include typing, letter writing, handling telephone and email enquiries, creating and maintaining filing systems, keeping diaries and organising staff travels.
Skills
Candidate for this position should have the following skillset:
- Be familiar with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Be able to do typing and letter writing
- Be able to respond to enquiries by letter, email and phone.
- Devise and maintain office filing systems;
- Attending meetings to take minutes and keep notes;
- Sort and distribute incoming letters
- Arrange the travel and accommodation of staff
- organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
- photocopy, print and fax various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
